Shiho Kito (1980 - Japan) studied photography in Tokyo & England. After completing her MA in photography from London College of Communication in 2011, she has been based in Tokyo and worked as practicing photographer. She also teaches, writes, and curates.

鬼頭志帆 (1980 - 愛知県出身)は、日本と英国で写真を学び、ロンドン総合芸術大学で修士号を取得したのち、2012年より東京に拠点を移し、写真家として仕事をしております。教育普及や文章の寄稿、展覧会のキュレーションなども行っております。

Shiho Kito's lightscape project Pikari & portrait project Walls will be in HIKARI: Contemporary Photography from Japan (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, & Bengaluru, India).

This will be the first-ever collective Japanese photography exhibition in India. The exhibition features 5 Japanese photographers under the theme of light (Hikari in Japanese). The show will be toured in 5 major cities in India from 2012 - 13.

Shiho Kito's portrait project Walls has been nominated for The 6th 1_WALL Photography Award (Tokyo, Japan).

This award is for emerging photographers under 35 year old. These six finalists were shortlisted by their portfolios (first selection) and interview (second selection) by the six judges. Finalists exhibit their work at Final Selection Show in Tokyo.
